Our Story

Helping Every Child Shine

Creative Care ABA was founded on the belief that every child with autism deserves the chance to reach their full potential. Our therapists design personalized ABA therapy plans that build on each child's strengths and goals.

From the start, we've partnered with families, teachers, and communities to provide consistent support where children need it most, at home, in school, and beyond. More than therapy, it's about giving families a trusted partner who brings hope, guidance, and growth at every stage.

“We're here to walk alongside families every step of the way.”

David Pepose, Founder & Director at Creative Care ABA Therapy

David P.

Founder & Director

I completed my training at Jefferson University in 2018, and from the very beginning my heart has been with children. I spent five years working alongside Dr. Norman Indich in general pediatrics, caring for over 25,000 patients. It was through that experience that I saw, time and time again, how transformative the right intervention at the right time could be for a child and their family.

That passion led me deeper. I pursued specialized training in psychiatric medicine under the mentorship of Dr. Steven Dyckman, where I developed a strong foundation in diagnosing and supporting children and adolescents with anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and other complex challenges. But it was ABA therapy that truly captured me: the science, the outcomes, and most importantly, the kids.

That's exactly why I founded Creative Care ABA. I wanted to build a place where children are seen, families feel supported, and every treatment plan is built around the unique needs of the individual.

Daniella T.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

I've spent over 20 years working with children on the autism spectrum. I started with a Master's in Special Education, spending five years in Early Intervention before witnessing firsthand what ABA therapy could achieve.

I completed my ABA degree at FIT University under the direct mentorship of Jose Martinez Diaz, one of the most respected leaders in the field. That foundation, combined with two decades of hands-on experience, shows up in every plan I write.

What drives me most is watching kids surprise everyone around them. Seeing a child hit a milestone that once felt out of reach is, to me, everything. When I'm not pouring myself into my work, you'll find me curled up with a good book.

Operations & Intake Manager

I'm Brittany, and I'm the person working behind the scenes to make sure everything at Creative Care ABA runs with families at the center of it all. With a background in Human Resource Management and Project Management, I bring both the structure and the heart that a growing organization like ours needs.

What drives me is knowing that every process I put in place, every intake I manage, and every team member I support has a direct impact on the children and families we serve.

When I'm not keeping the wheels turning at Creative Care ABA, you'll find me out in nature, hiking and soaking up the outdoors with my furry companion.

Smiling parent and child with questions about ABA therapy

General

Find clear answers to common questions about our therapy process, what sessions look like, and how we support your child's growth every step of the way.

How Does ABA Therapy Help My Child?
ABA therapy uses evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills. By breaking down tasks into manageable steps, children build independence and confidence over time.
What Settings Do You Provide ABA Therapy In?
Creative Care ABA offers both in-home and in-school therapy. At home, sessions focus on family routines and behavior goals, while in schools, we collaborate with teachers to support learning and social integration.
What Age Groups Do You Work With?
We provide ABA services for children and young adults ages 2 to 21. Therapy is always tailored to the child’s developmental stage, from building early communication skills in younger kids to preparing teens for adulthood.
How Is A Therapy Plan Created?
Every child begins with an in-depth assessment. Based on results, we create a personalized ABA plan that targets specific goals, reviewed and adjusted regularly to track progress.
Can Parents Be Involved In Sessions?
Yes! Parent participation is encouraged. We guide families on strategies they can use at home so progress continues outside of therapy sessions.

Insurance FAQ's

Learn how insurance coverage works, what plans may include ABA therapy, and how we help make the enrollment process simple and stress-free for families.

Do You Accept Medicaid?
No, we do not accept Medicaid. We work with families who have insurance plans that include out-of-network benefits to help cover ABA therapy.
What Insurance Plans Do You Accept?
We accept private insurance plans with out-of-network benefits. Our team can review your plan and confirm if ABA services are included in your coverage.
How Do I Verify My Coverage?
Simply call your insurance provider or let our staff assist you. We’ll help verify your benefits, explain your options, and guide you through the approval process.
What About Out-Of-Pocket Costs?
Out-of-pocket costs depend on your plan’s deductible, co-pay, and reimbursement rates. Our billing team works with families to make the process as transparent and stress-free as possible.
Can You Help With Paperwork?
Yes. We assist with benefit verification, pre-authorization requests, and claim submissions so families can focus on their child’s progress rather than the paperwork.
